The Artist

Known for layered landscapes and beautiful florals, Cheryl's recent series of coastal B.C. images marks a departure from a more reprsentational style. Several summers of traveling the coast have resulted in works with dramatic fog-shrouded islands, roiled seas, windswept trees and enormous skies. Cheryl's work has universal appeal, she has received awards and several of her images have been published.

Cheryl's paintings can be found in private and corporate collections in Canada and in the United States. She is represented in Vancouver by Nest Interiors and D'or Art Consultants, and in New Westminster by Van Dop Galleries. Her studio is in the Mergatroid Building at the corner of Parker and Vernon in Vancouver, where she's been an active participant in the Eastside Culture Crawl since 2000.
